When you’re just getting started, the world of craft beer can be intimidating with all of the hop varieties, aging techniques, foeders. What is a sour-kettled dry-hopped triple juiced Belgian tripel barleywine anyways?! Well, here’s a fun app for all the craft beer lovers and wannabes to help navigate, track, and learn more about the beautiful and delicious beers in the world.

You can find new and popular breweries by searching the name directly or by city. Don’t like what you see? Keep swiping until something catches your eye!
As someone who recently delved into the intricacies of craft beer, I have tried different apps to write down different interesting beers I’ve had (to appreciate them again the next day after a night of experimenting) but none of them have helped develop my understanding. I wanted to be tasting the nuances and have the vocabulary to talk about it like a Cicerone would.
Once you’ve found one you fancy, you can find more information, get a feel for the vibe, and filter through options that are important to you.
This app lets you take multiple pictures of the beer label, bottle, in a cup, the bottle shop, maybe a fun selfie?
If you keep scrolling, you can see all of the brewery’s beers currently available. It is displayed in the same format as your collection and you can get a feel for the type of beers you might be in to that day.
This is where you will add beers to your collection. It has each category of tasting beer with easy selection tools to help you pick out what you’re tasting.
